You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system connected to the website, or attempt to breach security or authentication measures.

Quotations issued by Apex are valid for the period stated on the quote (typically 14 days) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified.

An order is binding only upon issuance of a formal purchase order or signed work order by the client and acknowledgement by Apex in writing. Acceptance of delivery constitutes acceptance of the supplied goods or services.

Standard payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date for enterprise clients, unless otherwise agreed in the applicable purchase order or contract. Late payments may accrue mark-up at the rate prescribed by the State Bank of Pakistan for commercial obligations.

Hardware and equipment are covered by the original manufacturer warranty passed through to the end customer. Apex provides installation and configuration services in accordance with industry best practice. Beyond what is expressly stated in the applicable purchase order, no additional warranty is given, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to a particular order shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that order. Apex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Each party agrees to keep confidential the non-public information disclosed by the other party in the course of an engagement, and to use such information only to perform its obligations or exercise its rights under the relevant order.

All content on this website including logos, text, graphics, and software is owned by Apex or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, labor disputes, or disruption of supply chains.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan, without prejudice to any right to seek interim relief.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
